Every engagement starts with what the quiz and assessment find, so you see the opportunity in your own numbers before you commit to anything ongoing. There's no price list: each step is quoted to your business, in writing.

A working session with you and whoever does the work, plus a look at real examples of your emails, forms and documents. You get a written, ranked roadmap with estimated hours and a recommended first build. You keep it whether or not you hire me.

Only once the roadmap shows something clearly worth building. I build it, train your team and check in monthly.

Each month

How you'll know it's working

No dashboards full of made-up numbers. A short written summary, in your own numbers, that you can check.

What's running

Every workflow that's live, who uses it and anything that broke or changed.

Hours, estimated and checked

The estimate from your roadmap next to what your team actually reports. If it's not saving time, we change it or stop.

What's next

The next build from the roadmap and what it needs from you, so nothing stalls waiting on a question.

Questions

Pricing questions

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is quoted to your business. The quiz is free. The assessment is a one-time fee based on the size of your business and how many people and systems are involved. Monthly plans are quoted from what the assessment finds. A short call is usually enough for a ballpark, and you get the exact number in writing before anything starts.

Why don't you list a price for each plan?

Because the same plan means very different work for a three-person office and a twenty-person shop. A published price would be too high for some businesses and too low for others. I'd rather give you a real number after one conversation.

Do I have to commit to a monthly plan right away?

No. Start with the free quiz, then the assessment if it looks worthwhile. You keep the roadmap either way. Monthly plans only come up once the assessment shows something clearly worth building, and they're month to month.

What if the assessment doesn't find much worth doing?

Then I'll tell you that in writing, along with the smaller things you can do yourself. I'd rather lose a monthly client than sell you work that won't pay off. Before the assessment starts, we'll talk through whether it's likely to be worth it for your business.

How do you decide which depth fits?

From the roadmap. If one workflow clearly matters most, Steady is usually enough. If two or three areas are costing you time at once, more parallel work gets you there sooner. You can move between plans month to month.

Do you guarantee a return?

No. I'll estimate hours in your own numbers and report what's running each month, but I don't guarantee hours saved or a return on investment. If a plan isn't worth it to you, cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who pays for the AI tools and software?

You do, directly, in your own accounts. I don't mark up software or take referral fees, and everything I build stays yours if we stop working together.
