What to put in a first message
- Your name and business, and the best way to reach you
- The task in a sentence or two, like "automate our appointment reminders" or "set up ChatGPT for the office"
- Any deadline you're working against
- Don't send customer details or documents until we've agreed to work together.
When you'll hear back
I answer messages in the evenings and on weekends, around a day job. If a call goes to voicemail, leave a message or send a text and I'll get back to you. If something is time-sensitive, say so in the first line.
